About the role

As Head of Commercial Optimisation you will be directly accountable for non‑aero revenue streams, including the rail station, car park, taxi services and food & beverage and retail outlets.

Your goal is to improve EBITDA across these functions and support long‑term planning and phased development.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Commercial Finance Analysts to analyse performance data and provide insights to increase EBITDA.
  • Support budget preparation and provide insights on performance assumptions.
  • Implement pricing elasticity across non‑aero revenue streams.
  • Monitor performance across all non‑aero areas, identifying risk and opportunity.
  • Conduct market research to ensure product and service offerings align with EBITDA goals.
  • Manage existing contracts and support concession bid processes through competitive negotiations.

Please note that this role requires on‑site presence at least four days per week.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven work experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced commercial operation, optimising revenue and managing procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and a record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, procurement tools, market benchmarking and digital integration platforms.
  • Experience with API‑integrated platforms in a commercial environment.
  • Degree level qualification in Business, Finance or related field is desirable.
