The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.

Our Food and Beverage department is a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistant Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the premium lounges, cafés, bars, and restaurants across the terminal.

I will oversee and manage the F&B Team, including training, conducting appraisals, and colleague development. I will be responsible for the rostering of the F&B Team, the F&B Profit and Loss, and stock control across the services. I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business. I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7, so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

There are just a handful of skills you need in order to undertake this role:

  • Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
  • Detailed understanding of both Front of House (Restaurant, Bar, and Café) and Back of House (Kitchen) operations.
  • Experience of working to KPIs and within budgets.
