About the role
Our Food and Beverage department are a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our Prep Chefs play a pivotal part in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that our passengers are sent off on their travels satisfied.
I will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and all preparation areas.
- Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
- Supporting the Chef with food and dessert preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Organising the stock room.
- Fully embodying the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understanding that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

- Experience working in a kitchen would be advantageous.
