Food and Beverage Assistant Manager **Join our NEW F&B Leadership team!**

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Our Food and Beverage department are a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistant Managers are responsible for the day to day running of the premium lounges, Café’s, Bars, and Restaurants across the terminal. We bet you’re thinking “so what is it I will actually be doing day to day?” well

  • I will oversee and manage the F&B Team, including training, conducting appraisals, and colleague development.
  • I will be responsible for the rostering of the F&B Team.
  • I will be responsible for the F&B Profit and Loss.
  • I will be responsible for the stock control across the services.
  • I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
  • I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays

  • Supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
  • Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
  • Detailed understanding of both Front of House (Restaurant, Bar, and CafĂ©) and Back of House (Kitchen) operations.
  • Experience of working to KPI’S and within budgets
