About the role
Our Food and Beverage department is key in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. Here’s what you will be doing day to day:
- Serve customers at their table and at till point.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages.
- Prepare some hot food items and deliver them to our customers' tables.
- Responsible for stock rotation and replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
- Support with stock deliveries.
- Work with my team and colleagues from other departments to consistently deliver exemplary service.
- Embody the Airport's ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
- Understand that the Airport operates 24/7, so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
