We are recruiting an Apprentice Chef de Partie to work within BR6 restaurant at our Orpington Campus (London South East Colleges). This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the culinary field. The Apprentice will support the kitchen operation for BR6 (sixty-cover restaurant) as well as the connected Bakehouse and Terrace area, with direct line management of the Head Chef and senior kitchen team.

Skills and Experience: The person appointed will be required to work flexibly within a team environment and will be allocated a range of duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the kitchen operation for BR6 restaurant (sixty covers) and the connected Bakehouse and Terrace area.
  • Work flexibly within a team environment and undertake a range of duties and responsibilities as allocated.
  • Assist in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene in line with college policies.
