Lecturer in Performing Arts (SEND)

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons.
- Support learners to achieve personalised EHCP outcomes.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
- Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- You will also help promote SEND Performing Arts through events, showcases and learner celebrations.
What we’re looking for
- You will have experience in Performing Arts through teaching and/or industry practice, with experience of working with SEND learners (or a strong commitment to developing this expertise).
- You will need:
- Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
- A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A creative, flexible and compassionate approach to teaching.
