Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons.
  • Support learners to achieve personalised EHCP outcomes.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities.
  • Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Help promote SEND Performing Arts through events, showcases and learner celebrations.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Performing Arts through teaching and/or industry practice, with experience of working with SEND learners (or a strong commitment to developing this expertise).
  • Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
  • A recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A creative, flexible and compassionate approach to teaching.
