The Role
- To deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment in both Employability and SIA (Security Industry Authority) subjects, supporting learners in developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to secure sustainable employment or progress into further training.
- To contribute to an outstanding student experience by designing and delivering engaging, inclusive, and relevant sessions that meet or exceed college quality and compliance standards.
- To support high levels of student retention, achievement, and progression through effective classroom management, timely assessment feedback, and personalised learner support.
- To manage and coordinate employability and SIA programmes as required, ensuring delivery is well-structured, industry-aligned, and responsive to employer and sector expectations.
