London South East Colleges are seeking to recruit a highly motivational Curriculum Manager for trades and services apprenticeships. The post holder will have experience of leading apprenticeships and a background in apprenticeship delivery. It is essential that the post holder has sound knowledge and experience in the trades and/or service industries. The post holder will be occupationally competent in at least one of the programmes they are responsible for.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage apprenticeships within the trades and services area.
- Develop and quality-assure curriculum for apprenticeships in line with employer and industry needs.
- Collaborate with employers, providers and internal teams to ensure delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes.
- Ensure occupational competence and up-to-date knowledge across the programmes they are responsible for.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of leading apprenticeships and delivery of apprenticeship programmes.
- Sound knowledge and experience in the trades and/or service industries.
- Occupational competence in at least one of the programmes they are responsible for.
