About the Role

A experienced Construction Apprenticeship Skills Coach is required to assist with the effective planning and organisation of the Construction Apprenticeship provision for L4 Quantity Surveying & Site Supervision. They should be willing to support the Curriculum Manager with curriculum development and department expansion, promote other courses in the Apprenticeship provision, and participate in marketing events as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and organizing the Construction Apprenticeship provision for L4 Quantity Surveying & Site Supervision.
  • Support the Curriculum Manager with curriculum development and department expansion.
  • Promote and support other courses in the Apprenticeship provision.
  • Participate in marketing events as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in teaching and/or skill coach assessments within the construction industry at L4 or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Minimum Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
  • Qualified FE teacher or assessor, or willingness to work towards qualification.
  • Ability to articulate clearly, present to class groups, and perform efficient administration for student record keeping.
