Skills Coach- Construction in Bromley

A experienced Construction Apprenticeship Skills Coach is required to assist with the effective planning and organisation of the Construction Apprenticeship provision. They should be willing to assist the Curriculum Manager with the curriculum development and the expansion and development of the department as well as the promotion of other courses in the Apprentices provision and participate in marketing events as required.

• Proven experience in teaching and/or skill coach assessments.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy.
• Qualified FE teacher or assessor, or willing to work towards qualification.
• Ability to articulate clearly when teaching and making presentations to class groups.
• Efficient administration skills to support good student record keeping.
