We are looking for a dynamic and resilient Behaviour and Inclusion Mentor to join our team at Bromley Campus. What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting students to overcome barriers to learning through targeted, personalized interventions
  • Using de‑escalation and trauma‑informed approaches to manage and improve behaviour
  • Embedding restorative practice across the college to promote accountability and growth
  • Helping students build resilience, confidence, and self‑management skills
  • Working collaboratively with staff to create a consistent, inclusive approach to behaviour and engagement
  • Delivering training and sharing best practice to strengthen behaviour support across teams
