London South East Colleges is seeking an experienced Estates Officer to join the Estates team at the Orpington campus. You will maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for learners, staff and visitors, managing planned and reactive maintenance, PPM and compliance checks.
You will coordinate contractors, RAMS and permits to work, respond to emergencies, and provide day-to-day operational support in the absence of the Estates Operations Manager.
