London South East Colleges Group is seeking an experienced Estates Officer for our Orpington campus. You will maintain a safe and welcoming environment for learners, staff and visitors, handling planned and reactive maintenance and statutory checks.
You will coordinate contractors, manage RAMS and permits, respond to emergencies, and utilise CAFM systems to ensure issues are resolved safely and efficiently. A valid driving licence and H&S Level 2 are required.
