London South East Colleges is seeking a committed Job Coach (SEND) to support learners with additional needs as they move into the workplace. The role focuses on preparing learners for work, arranging placements and providing in-work support to build confidence and independence.
You will work with employers to ensure inclusive placements, tracking progress and reporting outcomes, with liaison to families, tutors and external agencies. This is a fixed-term role until July 7, 2027, based in Bexley.
