Role Overview

Pay: £17,744 actual (£25,172 full‑time equivalent)

Hours: 30 hours 20 minutes per week, 39 weeks per year. Core hours Monday‑Friday 8.50 am to 3.20 pm (+20 additional minutes each week).

Location: Virginia Water site.

Responsibilities

  • Support the educational and care needs of children with autism and/or complex social and communication needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning plans in a calm, supportive and highly structured environment.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, reflective and continuously improving team culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an educational setting (school experience, graduates, school leavers, or career changers).
  • Full training provided.
  • Ability to work with children having severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties and associated autism.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and high ethical standards.
