Position: Full Time SEN Class Teacher, Manor Mead School – Shepperton
Location: Primary workplace: Manor Mead School – Shepperton
Employment Details:
- Salary: MPR/UPR + Fringe + SEN1 allowance. ECTs welcome to apply.
- Contract: Full-time, Permanent.

- Start Date: 1st September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a class at our Shepperton site.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, specialist teachers and other professionals to support pupils’ diverse needs.
- Support pupils’ learning and progress in a calm, supportive and highly structured environment.
- Work with a senior teaching assistant and a team of teaching assistants, and receive guidance from senior management.
- Take responsibility for a curriculum area (unless you are an ECT), agreed upon appointment.
Qualifications:
- ECTs welcome to apply.
- Candidates should have appropriate teaching qualifications and experience working with pupils with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism and Complex Social and Communication Needs.
