Role Overview
Pay: £17,744 actual (£25,172 full‑time equivalent)
Hours: 30 hours 20 minutes per week, 39 weeks per year. Core hours Monday‑Friday 8.50 am to 3.20 pm (+20 additional minutes each week).
Location: Virginia Water site.
Responsibilities:
- Support the educational and care needs of children with autism and/or complex social and communication needs.
- Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning plans in a calm, supportive and highly structured environment.
- Cultivate a collaborative, reflective and continuously improving team culture.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in an educational setting (school experience, graduates, school leavers, or career changers).
- Full training provided.
- Ability to work with children having severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties and associated autism.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and high ethical standards.
