We are looking for an enthusiastic, relationship‑focused and highly organised IT Service Delivery Lead to help shape and lead the operational delivery of IT services across our growing Trust.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading IT service delivery across Trust schools.
• Managing suppliers and ensuring contractual performance is achieved.
• Driving continuous improvement through reporting and performance analysis.
• Supporting technology rollouts, cyber resilience and operational governance.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure outstanding service outcomes.

We're seeking a confident communicator and relationship‑builder with experience of delivering IT services across multiple sites and managing third‑party providers. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, improving services and helping others succeed. Strong organisational skills, a customer‑focused mindset and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
