About the role
Bromley Trust Academy (Midfield Campus) is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Orpington. The role involves identifying and breaking down barriers to learning, supporting emotional regulation using trauma‑informed practices, and inspiring pupils to reach their full potential.
