Bromley Trust Academy (Midfield Campus) is looking for a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Orpington. The role involves identifying and breaking down barriers to learning, supporting emotional regulation using trauma‑informed practices, and inspiring pupils to reach their full potential.

• Salary: £24,274 - £26,531 (Actual salary)
• Hours: 37 hours per week (Term time only)
• Contract: Fixed term (Sept '26 - July '27)
• Location: Orpington, BR5 2QL

What we are looking for

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent (including English & Maths)
• Experience supporting diverse groups in an educational setting
• Strong behaviour regulation and communication skills
• A deep commitment to safeguarding and child welfare

At our Blenheim Provision, we support pupils in Years 10–11 who are part of CAMHS, providing a calm and nurturing environment where they can thrive academically and emotionally.
