Bromley Beacon Academy is seeking an exceptional and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher & Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to join the Senior Leadership Team. This role focuses on safeguarding, inclusion and improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
With reduced teaching commitment, the postholder will lead safeguarding, oversee attendance and wellbeing, and collaborate with families and external agencies to drive whole-school improvement.
