At Horizons Academy Bexley, we believe that positive relationships have the power to change lives. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Reset and Reintegration Mentor to join our pastoral team, supporting vulnerable young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to overcome barriers, re‑engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Based within our Reset Hub, you will play a vital role in helping pupils develop self‑regulation, resilience, positive behaviour and confidence through a trauma‑informed, relational approach. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can build strong professional relationships, remain calm and resilient under pressure, and provide targeted support that makes a genuine difference to pupils' lives.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or specialist expertise in related fields such as ELSA, restorative practice, trauma‑informed approaches, sensory regulation or therapeutic interventions.
