About the role

We are looking for an inspired teaching assistant to join our fantastic school for pupils aged 11‑16. You should have a passion for learning, be highly motivated, work well as part of a team and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way. This post is for 30 hours a week and includes induction training and ongoing CPD. Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check. We are the newly commissioned Alternative Provision in East Sussex for pupils who have been permanently excluded from school or are at high risk of exclusion. This role offers the opportunity to shape provision for our pupils alongside forward‑thinking staff in a highly experienced Trust.
