Endeavour Academy in Bexleyheath is seeking a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to support safeguarding practice across the school, promoting pupil welfare and fulfilling statutory duties under KCSIE and Working Together to Safeguard Children.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring attendance
- Working with staff, families and external agencies to improve attendance and punctuality
- Delivering safeguarding training
This role is permanent term-time plus one week, with a September 2026 start.
