The Role
London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of Research Fellow in Health Economics to support a range of evaluation and research projects across the College of Health and Life Sciences. The candidate will need to be able to work effectively as part of a team to help build capacity across the University in the delivery of economic evaluation design and analysis. The post holder will collaborate with academics to leverage opportunities, funding and business connections needed to deliver LSBU’s ambitions for research, innovation and enterprise.
About You:
- Experience of research, innovation and enterprise activity.
- Experience of managing health economics projects and analysing cost data.
- Experience of working with the NHS and/or social care in the UK and with Public Health focus ideally.
- Experience of working with a broad range of research and innovation funding schemes, and in supporting cross-institutional research and innovation services.
- Experience of pre and post award funding and support.
- Experience of preparing and submitting ethics applications.
The candidate will be degree educated with a minimum of a Masters in Health Economics. Candidates with a Masters (Health Economics) and a PhD/and a clinical background would also be encouraged to apply.
