An excellent opportunity has arisen within the School of Law and Social Science for a permanent full-time Personal Assistant. The PA will work closely with Deans, Directors, and Administrators, ensuring operational activities run smoothly and efficiently. The role of PA is a great opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, while building on your existing skills, gaining exposure, and showcasing your profile to some of the organization’s most prominent stakeholders.

While the role involves heavy diary management, you will also participate in student-focused events, handle finance issues, and support academics with administrative tasks as needed.

About You: The school seeks a self-starter who is willing to take initiative and is eager to get involved in various tasks. You should be able to handle complex situations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Ideally, you will have 3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives and managers within a large organization.

Details About the Role: This is a permanent, full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. Your working hours would be 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, on-campus four days per week during busy periods, and three days per week during slower periods. This schedule is based around term time and the needs of the school.
