London South Bank University is excited to be recruiting for the post of Operations Manager, College of Society and Professions. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play a key role in the College, leading operational excellence, contributing to business and strategic planning, and resource management. With the College Director of Operations, this role is responsible for ensuring the provision of high quality, efficient and effective support for teaching and research. The role will lead an enthusiastic and pivotal team of staff within the College.

About You

  • Experience of taking ownership of key projects and leading them to completion.
  • Experience of leading a team, supporting colleagues, and understanding the needs of others with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Inspired to change and improve how we operate to deliver excellence.
  • Motivated to contribute to a positive working culture and environment.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Higher Education management, be highly motivated and well organised, have experience line managing a team of staff, and be confident leading and planning activity throughout the academic year in liaison with academic colleagues.
