The Division of Innovation, Leadership, Strategy and Management at LSBU Business School seeks to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Grade 7/8) in Organisational Behaviour, committed to the success and development of the School. We are especially keen to receive applications from those with expertise in Organisational Behaviour, Management, Leadership, Decision Making, Research Methods & Statistics, and experience teaching at undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive levels.

Applicants should be passionate about digital transformation and its impact on curriculum, research, data, design, methods, and applied teaching and learning. Research, knowledge transfer, income generation, and international collaborations are desirable attributes, contributing to our vibrant research community and innovative teaching programs.

Our LSBU Business School is at the forefront of digital thought leadership, with strong commercial partnerships. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality lectures and tutorials at UG and PG levels.
  • Engaging in research, enterprise, teaching, knowledge transfer, and professional practice with institutional impact.
  • Taking on academic management roles for personal and community development.
  • Contributing to professional learning communities to enhance the student experience and graduate outcomes.

We offer opportunities to develop the curriculum and work with a motivated, international team of academics. Location options include Southwark, central London, with access to businesses and academic communities, or our new campus in Croydon, contributing to its growth.
