The role involves providing inspirational practice education leadership for the Diagnostic Radiography programmes. You will oversee and manage teaching and practice education across BSc and PGCert Diagnostic Radiography programmes. The post holder will support the coordination and development of a large number of placements and work with internal and external stakeholders continuously innovating improvements and quality assurance of the placement learning experiences.
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:
- Current HCPC registration and a relevant BSc or Master’s degree if wanting to engage in post grad teaching
- Clinical/practice placement education experience and or teaching experience
- Audit, review, and improvement planning skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, networking and IT proficiencies (MS Office, Moodle, Teams)
- Demonstrable commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a good understanding of the Society and College of Radiography’s requirements for education and placements, and have supervisory experience working with students.
