London South Bank University (LSBU) Group is seeking an experienced and inspiring Head of Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) to establish and lead a Group‑wide ePMO function. The role reports to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and is critical to enabling the delivery of the LSBU Group strategy by embedding robust, consistent, and effective portfolio, programme and project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the LSBU Group Enterprise PMO, including systems, processes and governance frameworks
  • Ensure the ePMO supports delivery of the Group strategy and aligns with the business planning cycle
  • Oversee Group‑wide portfolio, programme and project reporting to senior leadership and governance bodies
  • Drive continuous improvement in change delivery practices
