London South Bank University (LSBU) is one of London's largest and oldest universities with 31,000 students and c.2000 staff. The Group Head of Asset Management (M&E) will be responsible for the FM outsourced providers delivery of planned preventative maintenance and asset replacement management throughout the LSBU Group Estate. The post holder will also assist with the planning and implementing improvements and upgrades to M&E assets as part of the LSBU Group estate master planning process and as a result of changes to the LSBU group estate as the result of organisational development. This includes the LSBU campuses at Southwark, Havering and Croydon and the campuses occupied by the other members of the LSBU Group in both Lambeth and Southwark.
This role will suit exceptional candidates with a track record of managing large diverse estates operational teams and outsourced contracts. You will be adept at prioritising and providing an exceptional customer service all within budget. To be a success in the role, in addition to strong technical building services knowledge, we are seeking an individual with outstanding stakeholder engagement and team leadership ability.
