The role Turning Passion into Purpose, you will work in the Digital team at an exciting time for the university as we adopt AI and Agentic AI tools, and find innovative ways of solving problems in both the student journey and business functional areas.

About You

We're looking for a dynamic candidate who has passion for AI and digital innovation who brings a strong mix of technical ability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to user and student engagement - someone who can help deliver the full value of digital and AI innovation to users across the university both students and delivery teams.

  • Business Curiosity among extensive experience working with business teams, not just gathering requirements but being curious about the processes that underpin them.
  • A proven track record of liaising with business teams, finding the right innovative solutions, spotting inefficiencies and eliminating manual workarounds.
  • The confidence to bring to life user journeys through innovative thinking and technologies.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a strong delivery focus.
