We are currently looking for a highly skilled individual with proven ability to join our Data Insights and Management Team.

About you

You will preferably have experience of compiling and submitting returns to government agencies and departments, have excellent communications skills and be able to assimilate and interpret complex data requirements in the context of LSBU’s business. In addition to a first degree or equivalent experience, you will have significant mathematical ability.

The skills and experience you will need to be successful

To assist the Data Insights Manager in planning and managing the annual cycle of work in the Data Insights and Management Team.

Systems – Maintenance of high level of expertise in the student record system and associated systems including application, enrolment and timetabling systems.

Records – To assist with the annual cycle of work related to academic year rollover. To assist with the maintenance of records related to programmes, course and modules within the student records system.

Reports – To assist with the review, maintenance and generation of scheduled and ad hoc reporting across the University.

Returns – To assist with the annual cycle of statutory returns.

This is a full time, permanent contract

Please note that the University is operating a hybrid working model which means a mix of working on site and from home, confirmation of days worked on campus are arranged with the line manager.
