Responsibilities
- Your role will involve designing engaging lessons, setting clear and achievable learning objectives, tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages practical learning and professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
- A recognised Level 3 or Level 5 teaching qualification or subject experience.
- Experience of teaching Dental Nursing / Dental Technology effectively in a further education college or significant experience within the sector.
- Willingness to work flexibly to deliver a student focused curriculum (including working up to two evenings a week).
- Commitment to an inclusive education.
- Must be currently competent across the entire standard of Dental Nursing or Dental Technology, which involves being a General Dental Council (GDC) registrant with post‑qualifying clinical experience.

- Dentists with a GDC‑recognised qualification for registration.
- Dental Care Professionals (DCPs) who are competent in their area of practice and hold a GDC‑recognised qualification for enrolment or statutory registration.
Remuneration
£33,147 – £48,235 per annum pro rata, inclusive of LW.
