Enfield Council is recruiting Family Coaches to join a new integrated Family Help Hub and Enduring Relationship Hub. You will coach families in the home and community, modelling positive parenting, routines and organisation to strengthen family functioning and outcomes for children and young people.
The role works with social workers and practitioners to support single, whole-family plans and may involve some evenings, weekends or early mornings in line with service requirements.
