Job Summary This role is a standalone role , responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment to compliance, employee relations, and performance management.

This position requires a hands-on HR professional who can work independently while ensuring HR strategies align with the company’s business goals.

The HR Executive will act as the main HR contact, providing support to both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities 1.

HR Strategy Policy Implementation Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Ensure all HR policies comply with UK employment laws, industry regulations, and standards.

Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR procedures in line with best practices. 2.

Employee Relations Engagement Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, concerns, and conflicts in a fair and legal manner.

Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement, motivation, and well-being initiatives.

Support employees with HR-related queries and ensure transparent communication across all levels of the organization. 3.
