This is an exciting new opportunity to join the admin team at ASCO Fire Group. We are a Glasgow based company that specialises in all aspects of Fire Safety. You will be joining an industry leading business who trades nationwide in complete fire safety. As a company, we seek enthusiastic, dynamic and collaborative individuals. We are looking for somebody who wishes to learn new skills and develop their role within the team.
Role outline
- Receiving and responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Developing rapport and passing on leads to the sales team
- Helping customers with queries
- Producing documentation for clients
- Data entry & invoicing
- Liaise with the field team to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
- Systems management
