We are currently seeking to appoint an Admissions and Widening Participation Representative (Team Leader) on a Full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):- Lead & supervise the Admissions team.
- Coordinate and manage student recruitment.
- Make all application decisions and issue offers to successful applicants.
- Organise open days and induction sessions.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments.
- Support Marketing department to increase student recruitment.
- Produce admissions reports, statistics and monitor student recruitment progress.
- Monitor individual and team performance using conversion tracking.
- Organise staff development and training sessions.
- Conduct audits and quality assurance checks.
- Other duties will be assigned.
- Experience & knowledge of work related to higher education.
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent organisational and team working skills.
- Line Management experience.
- Hold an undergraduate degree.
- Hold a postgraduate degree - Desirable.
Work schedule: Includes evenings and weekends.
