We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor and qualified solicitor to support the London School of Science and Technology (LSST)s ambitions with respect to remaining abreast of and proactively responding to a wide range of legal matters. This extends to but will not exclusively concern; commercial matters, student issues, employment matters, litigation, academic partnerships, compliance with legislation and regulations, and legal agreements. The person will be dealing with all the LSST legal matters, all the LSST policy and procedures, terms & conditions, student & staff complaints, Data protection matters, & OfS prevent submission. Keeping all the record of a complainer case file as a solicitor keeps in his office (both the Electronic & Hard copy).
