London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine in London is seeking a Research Assistant to investigate enteric pathogens, with a focus on Campylobacter jejuni. The post aims to apply multi-omic approaches to characterise host–microbe interactions in the gut.
You will work with Dr Ozan Gundogdu's team, using genomic, metagenomic and metabolomic analyses to identify microbial signatures of pathogen fitness and disease, contributing to strategies to reduce enteric disease burden.
