In this role, you will drive transformational change and operational improvement within the LSE's Business Improvement Unit. You'll work with cross-disciplinary teams to capture current and future state requirements and design effective processes. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with policies and governance.
