The predicted salary is between 43277 - 51714 € per year.

Salary: £43,277 to £51,714 p.a. inclusive with potential to progress to £55,497 p.a. inclusive of London allowance. Funding is available until 31st July 2031 (subject to extension).

The Programme Manager will serve as the key organisational and strategic lead for the Stone Centre for Wealth Inequality, a new centre at LSE that works to deepen understanding of how entrepreneurship drives — and is shaped by wealth inequality — equipping policymakers to build societies that are both innovative and equitable. The post-holder will work closely with the leadership team to turn the Centre’s ambitious vision into reality, providing management across governance, project development, funding, communications, and events, and playing a formative role in shaping the growth and evolution of the Centre.

The role is ideally suited to a highly organised, proactive and intellectually curious individual who combines strategic thinking with excellent delivery skills and who is motivated by the Centre’s mission to create more inclusive and innovative societies.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate/master’s degree in economics, public policy or another relevant social‑science discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex programmes or research initiatives.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior academics, policymakers, funders and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a flexible, hands‑on approach.
