LSE’s Extended Education Unit is seeking a Senior Planning & Operations Manager who will be part of a highly successful and commercially driven division which currently delivers LSE’s open enrolment short courses, Summer School and distance learning degree programmes.
The post-holder will play a vital role in managing the Unit’s Operations Team during a crucial period of transition as Extended Education undergoes a demerger of its current programme portfolio. During this time – and beyond – the Senior Planning & Operations Manager will oversee the smooth functioning of Extended Education’s business as usual activity, ensuring that the systems and processes underpinning our work are fit for purpose, and seeking improvements at every turn.
Candidates should have experience managing individuals and teams, as well as a background in either project management, process improvement or operational management.
