The Department of Management at LSE is seeking a highly motivated, efficient, and hardworking individual to assist with front‑line services for students and faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of administrative and student events support to staff and students.
  • Work at the Department’s Reception desk.
  • Respond to applicant and student queries.
  • Help deliver student events.
  • Post learning materials to the online platform.
  • Support student submissions and examinations.

Qualifications

  • High standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Sound IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in an office environment.
  • Experience working on events and front‑line services such as a reception.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to organise and prioritise work.

Salary from £32,890 to £36,052 pa inclusive, with potential to progress to £38,422 pa inclusive of London allowance.

This is a fixed‑term appointment for 18 months to cover a secondment.
