Salary from £36,513 to £41,565 per annum with potential to progress to £44,468 pa inclusive of London allowance.

The Donor Relations Officer is responsible for planning, delivering and monitoring comprehensive and structured stewardship activities to thank, recognise and report back to LSE’s major donors to show the impact of their giving and provide an excellent LSE donor experience.

Qualifications:
  • Creating a first‑class donor, or customer, experience through meaningful and professional engagement.
  • Coordinating bespoke communications for a range of audiences.
  • Planning and delivering reports to demonstrate impact.
  • Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Working with large datasets to identify trends and impact stories.
  • Collaborative working and building effective relationships with internal and external colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers to meet objectives.
  • Using data and systems effectively to record, track and plan their work.
