The predicted salary is between 53949 - 62160 £ per year.

Salary from £53,949 to £62,160 per annum inclusive with potential to progress to £69,073 pa inclusive of London allowance. This is a part‑time appointment for 17.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE).

We are looking to recruit a Careers Consultant based in the Department of Management, who will support students in skills development and career decision making as part of the Careers, Alumni and Employer Relations (CAER) team. The focus for this role will be to support our undergraduate students in our flagship BSc Management programme. This will include contributing to the design of a comprehensive career education offer for this cohort and collaborating with faculty and academic mentors to provide a cohesive offer of support from the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support undergraduate students in skills development and career decision making.
  • Contribute to the design of a comprehensive career education offer for the BSc Management cohort.
  • Collaborate with faculty and academic mentors to provide a cohesive support offer.
  • Provide first‑rate coaching, confident presentations, and engage as a skilled facilitator.
