Overview
We are seeking to recruit a Careers Education Manager (CEM) to oversee activities aimed at developing career management and professional skills among LSE students and alumni.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of Careers Education in the design and planning of careers education within academic departments and as part of the centrally delivered core offer, including one-on-one appointments, events and workshops.
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as the Students’ Union, SLPD, and PAGE to enhance professional development initiatives.
The Careers Education Manager leads, in collaboration, a team of careers consultants, managing their workload, performance, and professional development.
Qualifications
Candidates should have previous experience of working in a role involving careers education within a higher education or similar environment.
Ability to manage, motivate and support team members and experience of proactively developing services or processes to improve the design and delivery of activities.

Salary
Salary from £53,949 to £62,160 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £69,073 pa inclusive of London allowance.
