Quality Assurance and compliance Assistant
Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer/ and liaise with the Principal and other team members for ensuring quality of academic and operational functioning of the College
Recommend and ensure implementation of corrective policy actions and measures required to assure and maintain quality in delivery of service.
Identify and link institutions and render supportive role towards academic collaboration and affiliation.
Suggest acquisition of the quantity and quality of the necessary study materials for all approved courses and for which students are admitted.
Maintain secure, accurate records of learner journeys, attendance, and progress tracking.
Track actions from internal and external audits, monitoring visits, and quality reviews to ensure timely completion.
Audit quality documentation and records—such as assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualifications—for accuracy and consistency.
Oversee exam entries, data tracking, and Management Information System (MIS) submissions.
