We are seeking an experienced practitioner to take on a key role in supporting the development and delivery of our Infant Care and Maternity programmes. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong hands-on experience working with parents and newborns, who would like to contribute to shaping high-quality training for future practitioners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting and engaging learners, including within our online community
  • Organising and coordinating expert seminars
  • Contributing to the development of our Level 3 programme and future Level 5 / Perinatal Educator pathway
  • Building relationships with relevant organisations in the sector

Essential:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working with parents and newborns
  • Strong practical, hands-on experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and support learners

Desirable:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent
  • Background in midwifery, health visiting, early years or similar
  • Interest in evidence-based, modern approaches to infant and perinatal care

We are particularly interested in individuals who combine professional expertise with warmth, emotional intelligence, and a genuine passion for supporting families. This role has the potential to grow over time for the right person.

Location: This is a primarily remote role. Occasional travel to London to deliver short courses, presentations, or represent the programme at events would be welcomed, but is not essential.
